About the Role
Acosta Group is seeking a motivated Wireless Sales Pro to join our retail team inside Walmart locations. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect customers with the latest wireless products and services, helping them find solutions that fit their needs.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, closing sales, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed sales targets through phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling
- Engage proactively with Walmart shoppers to initiate conversations
- Explain wireless products and plans in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Recommend personalized product solutions based on customer needs
- Assist customers with setup and activation of devices
- Maintain organized and fully stocked wireless displays
