Position Overview
Do you love pets, enjoy traveling, and thrive in sales?
As a Travel Pet Insurance Sales Associate, you’ll represent Fetch at partner locations nationwide, converting opportunities into sales while creating the best customer experience.
This role is perfect for someone who is goal-oriented, outgoing, and passionate about pets.
Key Responsibilities

Travel | Up to 75% nationwide travel (regional + national) |
Sales | Sell Fetch Pet Insurance policies to prospective pet parents |
Customer Engagement | Handle inbound & outbound calls/emails; convert prospects to loyal clients |
Partner Relations | Build strong relationships with partner shelters & locations |
Tracking | Monitor daily progress, log activities in Fetch CRM |
Collaboration | Work cross-functionally with leadership and peers |
Administration | Manage expense reports, attend virtual company meetings |
Required Skills & Qualifications
Requirement | Description |
---|---|
License | Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license OR willingness to obtain within 30 days (company-sponsored) |
Experience | 3–5 years in animal care or sales role |
Work Schedule | Availability during peak hours (Fri–Sun) |
Sales Skills | Proven ability in consultative selling, prospecting & closing |
Communication | Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills |
Independence | Ability to thrive in fast-paced, self-directed environments |
Bonus | Familiarity with animal health or welfare (preferred, not required) |
